Returned items must be unused, in the same condition received, and include original packaging.
Who Pays Return Shipping?
- If the item is defective or the order is incorrect: we cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to personal reason (changed mind, ordered the wrong item): the customer covers return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and checked, refunds are issued within three business days.
