At Oldwest Bookstore, we aim to make ordering textbooks simple and dependable. Shipping is always free within the United States—no minimum purchase required.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are handled within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM MST will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Carrier: Most shipments are sent through USPS or a similar standard service.
- Delivery Time: Typically 1–6 business days after processing.
- Shipping Cost: Always free.
Please note: Weather, carrier delays, and holiday seasons may affect delivery times.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for online updates.
4. Shipping Coverage
- We ship to all U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and APO/FPO locations.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Delivery Issues
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing:
- Contact us within 7 business days.
While we cannot control carrier errors or delays, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
6. Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require a reshipping fee.
