4. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST are usually processed the same business day.
We ship through USPS, and tracking is emailed once the order goes out.
Delivery time is typically 1–6 business days, depending on location.
Once a package is handed to USPS, delivery speed and transit conditions are outside our control.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Return Shipping
- If the product is defective or we made a mistake: we cover return shipping
- If returning for personal reasons: customer covers return shipping
Refunds are processed within three business days after the returned item is received.
Customers must contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions.
